The Regional Community Recovery Team (RCRT) is a network of non-profit, community-based organizations (CBOs), faith-based organizations (FBOs) and governmental agencies active in disaster recovery, operating in San Diego County.

Single family residential customers can get free pick-up of appliances or other bulky items (once every three months). Additional items can be picked up at $15 each. Anyone can drop off metal appliances free of charge during normal business hours. Drop off of nonmetal large/bulky items are accepted at $27 each.
